We just got back to life after a much needed vacation. Luckily, I have 2 more days off before returning to work, but Warren had to return right away with very little sleep after a long flight home. He is pretty great though and went without a complaint. I, on the other hand, slept in and caught up on the TV I missed while I was away. We are going to find out the sex of the baby today, so I'm really excited about that.... as I think everyone is. I am still hoping for a boy but am coming around to the idea of a girl, so I guess either one is fine.
We all had a great time at the lake with mom and dad and will miss them until next time we see them. My parents are amazing and smart and wonderful, and I love them dearly. I wish I was near them more often. I really do love being around them and knowing them as an adult.
When we got in the car at the airport, Andrew said, "I hope Grandma Joyce doesn't miss me...." like he felt sad to think about her missing him so much.. it was sweet. Anyway, back to life and reality and work and bills and so on.
